Welcome to Maison Nabi. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • We make every effort to display our clothing and jewelry accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen.

  • Due to the handmade nature of some items, small variations in size, shape, or materials may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept: iDEAL, credit/debit cards, PayPal, [add others you accept].

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or force majeure.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order (herroepingsrecht).

  • To request a return, please contact us at [email] within 14 days. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exceptions (no returns allowed):

  • Earrings and other jewelry worn directly on the body (for hygiene reasons).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened/unsealed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return). We will refund the original product price plus the standard delivery cost (not including express shipping). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are covered under Dutch consumer law. If an item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of income or business interruption.

  • All designs, photos, and content on the Maison Nabi website are the property of Maison Nabi.

  • Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our content without permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

  • In case of disputes, we will first seek an amicable solution. If not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
