At Maison Nabi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to return your order.
Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return without giving any reason.

Returns

After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the product back.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

The shipping cost you paid for delivery and additional shipping upgrades (e.g. express) are not refunded.
Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return costs.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Sealed items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery), such as earrings, underwear, cosmetics.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to change a size or color it is possible at your own cost for the return the good and the new shipping cost of the new items. Please contact us at customer.service@maisonnabi.com for instructions.
